- I’m worried about making my payments – can you help?
Yes, we’re here to help. With the current situation in the UK, we know there may be an impact on people’s livelihoods. If you don’t think you can maintain your regular policy payments, call us as soon as possible on 0330 018 0802. Lines are open Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm.
Our specially trained advisors can talk to you about your individual circumstances and tell you how we can help with your financial situation. This might include moving your payment dates, agreeing partial payments or payment holidays in the short term and removing any fees applied to your policy.
Don’t wait until you miss a payment, we can help you now. Please don’t cancel your payments or Direct Debits as your policy might be cancelled and we don’t want you to be left uninsured. Get in touch before you do anything.
- O2 Drive app and your driving score
Once you've downloaded the app, sign in using your My O2 details. The app will then run in the background. If you switch your phone off you may need to open the app again to record your journeys. For O2 Drive – Box on Board, all journeys will be recorded automatically by your telematics box.
Your score is made up of individual scores for acceleration, awareness, speed and night time driving. The higher your overall score, the safer you're driving.
Your personal driving score for each journey will appear in the O2 Drive app with a breakdown of your score and tips on how to improve.
- Brexit and driving in the EU
As the Withdrawal Agreement Bill has now been passed by the Government, the UK leaves the EU on 31st January 2020. The UK then moves into a transition period up to 31st December 2020 during which further talks with the EU will be held to agree any future arrangements that will need to be in place by the end of the year.
During the transition period, Green Cards are not required as proof of insurance for driving in the EU and we will not be issuing these to customers.

Please email your proof of no claims discount to NCD@drive.o2.co.uk. Or post to O2 Drive, Unit 25, Tresham Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6BU.
